Dressage Festival Highlight Reel

All reels created by Equiluxe Media and Design remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

It is strictly prohibited and illegal to edit, crop, alter, apply filters, add or remove audio, or modify the reel in any way, including on social media platforms, without express written permission from the photographer.

Reels are licensed for personal use and self-promotion only. Commercial use (e.g., for paid advertising or resale) requires prior agreement and may incur additional licensing fees.

Reels will be delivered via Google Drive within 7 days of the event.

Clients have 30 days from the delivery date to download and securely store their reel(s).

After 30 days, files will be archived and a retrieval/re-upload fee will apply if the client requests access after this period.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely download and backup of their files.

Whenever shared publicly (e.g., on social media), the reel must be posted in its original form and accompanied by proper credit to Equiluxe Media and Design as the creator.

By booking a reel, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Equiluxe Media and Design reserves the right to use footage captured for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.

We make every effort to deliver reels that meet our high standards of quality, however, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances during the event (such as limited access, weather, or horse performance) that may affect the footage.
