Delivery & Details
Prices reflect costings for a singular horse, and a culmination of footage from throughout the week.
If you have multiple horses you'd like to include in the singular reel, please reach out to discuss
Reels are delivered within 2 weeks after the event.
Reels are created in portrait orientation.
You’re welcome to choose your own audio, or leave the selection to us for a seamless result.
Final reels are delivered via Google Drive, with 30 days to download your file before it is archived.
After 30 days, a retrieval fee applies for re-uploading and re-delivery of archived files.
Durations Available
- Up to 10 seconds/1 class highlight - the most watched reel length on IG and TT - great for hero moments and punchy content. Only 1 class will be video'd, please specify which
- Up to 20 seconds - up to 3 classes captured
- Up to 30 seconds - up to 5 classes captured
- Up to 45 seconds - up to 7 classes captured
- Up to 60 seconds - up to 10 classes captured

VPHA Paint Week Highlight Reel
All reel bookings are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, weather, or performance, unless the horse is officially scratched from the event and written notice is provided prior to the event’s commencement.
If notice of a scratch is given as required, a full refund or credit will be offered at the photographer’s discretion.
